Description:
Boohbah was a children's television program that first aired in the UK on ITV in 2003 and in the US on PBS from January 19, 2004, to July 2, 2006. Created by Anne Wood, who also made Teletubbies, with scripts by Alan Dapre and Robin Stevens, Boohbah is produced by Ragdoll Ltd. in the UK and PBS Kids in the USA. Like Teletubbies, it features a science fiction theme. A distinctive element of the show is a child's voice singing the title. The name "Boohbah" translates to "doll" in Hebrew, though it's unclear if this was intentional or even known by the creators.
