Description:
Blood Feud is a 1983 television miniseries depicting the escalating conflict between Jimmy Hoffa and Robert F. Kennedy over eleven years, from 1957 until Kennedy's assassination in 1968. Directed by Mike Newell and written by Robert Boris, the 210-minute film stars Robert Blake as Hoffa and Cotter Smith as Kennedy, with Danny Aiello and Brian Dennehy as Hoffa’s union associates. The film was distributed by Operation Prime Time, a syndicated television program aimed at American independent stations. Blake received Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for Best Actor for his portrayal of Hoffa.
