Season two plunges Billy and his companions headfirst into a bitter feud with Jesse Evans, an old friend now entangled in the web of the ruthless Santa Fe Ring. The dust may have settled after the Lincoln County War, but peace remains elusive. Both Billy the Kid and Sheriff Pat Garrett face lingering shadows – a reckoning is inevitable. With a price on his head and the promise of a new life with Dulcinea beckoning, Billy could simply vanish from New Mexico. Across town, Jesse Evans, a complex figure who has been both friend and foe to Billy, seeks direction amidst the turmoil, perhaps hoping for redemption.
