White Wall Tehran (2007)

The film follows an ordinary man in Tehran who, while filming the city, is noticed by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and suspected of recording unauthorized footage. He is detained, and a portion of his footage is erased and replaced with images of the guard's headquarters. This incident sparks an artistic examination of censorship and control in modern-day Tehran. The story explores themes of personal freedom, surveillance, and the relationship between citizens and authorities in a society with growing public monitoring and policing.
