Triptyque (1978)

This film follows three people – Didier Ozil, Gabriel Pouget, and Stéphane Varinard – immersed in the world of punk. Each represents a different side of the movement: Ozil is outwardly aggressive, Pouget is quietly expressive, and Varinard obsessively tries to fit in. The band 'Marie and the Boys' provides the soundtrack as the story moves between the vibrant energy of a Paris nightclub and a quiet cemetery. Through these characters, the film explores the multifaceted nature of punk culture, all while showcasing striking visuals with careful lighting and locations.
