Description:
In ancient Rome, Lucius (Hiroshi Abe) gains fame for designing the first bathhouse. He's commissioned to build a bathhouse inside the Colosseum for gladiators' recovery, but encounters challenges. This leads him to travel to modern-day Japan via a time slip, where he reunites with Manami (Aya Ueto), now a magazine reporter specializing in bathrooms. With assistance from a Japanese tribe known for their flat faces, Lucius designs a new bathhouse. Meanwhile, Emperor Hadrian (Masachika Ichimura) seeks to maintain peace regarding the bathhouse, while the Senate aims to seize land by force. This creates conflict between Hadrian and the Senate, dividing Rome.
