Description:

The film tells the story of Prospero, an exiled magician living on a remote island with his daughter Miranda, after being banished from his dukedom by his brother and the King of Naples. When they set sail, fate brings them close to their enemies. Prospero uses his power over the spirit Ariel to cause a shipwreck, stranding Prince Ferdinand, the king's son, on the island. As captor and captive, Ferdinand and Miranda fall in love, though their relationship is complicated by Prospero’s plans for them, Ariel’s yearning for freedom, and Miranda’s desire for marriage. Meanwhile, a group of shipwrecked sailors, the island’s native Caliban (Prospero's servant), and a drunken cook plot to overthrow Prospero. The film explores themes of power, love, freedom, and change, blending magical realism with the complexities of human nature. As the characters grapple with their desires and challenges, they discover the potential for transformation within themselves and their relationships.
