Description:
Francesco, known as 'Toscano' in the local pool halls, is exceptionally skilled at the game, yet consistently loses when playing for money. One night on a bus, he and Chiara, a saxophonist, accidentally swap cases – she gets his cue stick, he gets her instrument. They quickly connect as they navigate life in Italy. Their romance faces challenges when Francesco loses a large amount to Scuro, the reigning Italian pool champion. Facing mounting debt, Toscano enters the Italian Championships as his last chance to settle his scores and prove his worth. The film explores love, ambition, and self-discovery set against the vibrant backdrop of Italy and its world of pool halls.
