The Marquis (2011)

Thomas Gardesse, a traveling alarm systems salesman, is arrested for a minor offense and sentenced to six months in prison. To gain respect from other inmates, he fabricates a persona as "The Marquis," a legendary and elusive robber. Two weeks before his release, an armed robber named Quentin Tasseau helps him escape and brings him to Manila, where he's recruited for a robbery orchestrated by someone who believes The Marquis is uniquely qualified.
