Description:

In Dublin, the discovery of a young woman's brutally mutilated body in the Swiss Ambassador's limousine throws the household – the Ambassador, his family, and staff – under suspicion. Diplomatic immunity complicates the police investigation, leading to a standstill. Police enlist John Norton, a former Inspector known for his relentless methods, to conduct an unofficial inquiry.
