Description:
Ismail (Aytac Arman) travels from Istanbul to Asia in search of work, desperate to escape unemployment and support his family. As an educated man with responsibilities to his mother-in-law, wife, and daughter, he takes a job he finds deeply unpleasant: killing dogs. This exposes him to the difficult reality of young women being forced into prostitution. When Ismail asks his family for money – an advance on his inheritance – it causes his wife to leave him. The film explores themes of family, sacrifice, and survival against the backdrop of economic hardship and the impact of unemployment.
