Description:
This documentary recounts Sir Ernest Shackleton's disastrous 1914 expedition to Antarctica. Shackleton and the crew of his ship, 'The Endurance,' became trapped in the ice. Faced with injury, starvation, and exposure, Shackleton led a small team on a perilous journey to find assistance. Battling extreme conditions with minimal supplies, they eventually reached safety. He then embarked on another dangerous voyage to rescue the remaining crew, who had endured nearly two years trapped on the ice. Ultimately, all members of the expedition were rescued.
