Description:
In a peaceful countryside town, young Lizuca experiences the loss of her mother and adjusts to living with her grandparents on their farm. Her father returns with his cruel new wife, who dislikes children. One night, the stepmother forces Lizuca to escape, and she and her dog Patrocle find shelter in an enchanted hollow tree. The tree magically transports them to a magical world populated by talking animals and fairy tale figures like Snow White and the seven dwarfs. This idyllic place is threatened when the stepmother plots to sell the land protecting it to developers. As her plan progresses, the stepmother confronts the repercussions of her actions.
