Description:
In medieval Europe, a baron is warned that his twin sons are destined for tragedy: the younger will kill the elder. When the baron's wife gives birth to twins, this ominous prophecy hangs over their lives. The older twin becomes a spoiled man who inherits the family castle and gains control of the village. He enjoys his power until he learns his younger brother is returning home. Fearing the prophecy, he plots to murder his brother, hiding the body in a secret chamber. He plans to impersonate his brother to avoid the grim outcome, escape punishment for his crimes, and marry a local noblewoman. This story explores themes of power, deception, and how far people will go to protect themselves, even if it means betraying family and risking their souls.
