TC 2000 (1993)

In a future ravaged by environmental disaster, humanity lives in stark division: privileged citizens reside in an underground city, while others fight to survive on a polluted surface. Jason Storm, a security officer in the underground, uncovers a dangerous plot to wipe out the surface population and control the remaining resources. With little time left, he journeys to the hazardous world above, joining forces with Sumai, a skilled martial artist and leader among the surface dwellers. Together, they must expose the conspiracy and safeguard humanity's last hope, challenging the oppressive divide between the city and those struggling for survival in the desolate landscape.
