I really wanted to like this movie, but the whole action was exaggerated, that it ended up silly.
They wanted Supergirl to be cool. She has the dog "Krypto" and seems all in pain - mostly emotionally, but it's not done in a convincing way. The whole movie feels very shallow and is just another action flick. Milly Alcock and Jason Momoa were good, but couldn't save the bad script.
*Little Spoiler ahead:*
On a final note, Supergirl says "Ruthye" shouldn't do revenge, but in the end Supergirl kills the the bad guy and fullfills the revenge part all by herself.
