Splinters (2020)

On November 3, 1995, a devastating explosion at the Rio Tercero Military Factory in Cordoba sent thousands of projectiles scattering across nearby villages, resulting in seven deaths and hundreds of injuries. Twelve-year-old Natalia Garayalde lived with her family close to the factory and, while playing with her father's video camera, captured the immediate aftermath of the blast. She also documented the village's recovery in the days and weeks that followed. Twenty-five years later, Natalia’s raw footage offers a poignant and unsettling look at her family, the destruction of their city, the lasting scars of the tragedy, and the disturbing truth behind the explosion.
