Description:
Appraiser Rachel (Lindsey Shaw) is assigned a high-profile client who wants to buy out a small town's cherished library to build a resort and spa. Rachel, reluctant to leave New York City, is sent to California by her boss. At the library, she meets writer Jake (Derek Theler), who is researching Captain Black Bart's lost treasure for his new book. Mrs. Archer (Rachel Ticotin), the librarian, encourages Jake to show Rachel the library’s importance to the town. Already busy with his research and caring for his niece Hailey (Chiara Aurelia) and nephew Noah (Max Page) for the summer, Jake agrees to help. As Rachel discovers the library's value to the community, she must find a way to save it before it's too late.
