Description:
Seth Dharamdas (Trilok Kapoor), a successful businessman, plans to sell a factory to his shrewd competitor, Dhanraj (Prem Chopra). Dhanraj's partner, Ajit Roy, learns of the deal and plots to take control himself. When Dharamdas calls off the sale, Dhanraj bribes the tycoon’s employees to murder him and forge documents. Hiding the crime as a disappearance, the villains believe they've solved their problem. But a series of mysterious deaths involving those connected to the plot leads the police to investigate. The investigation reveals a puzzling question: are vengeful spirits or a human avenger responsible for these suspicious events?
