Description:
Salvador, feeling trapped by his ordinary life and family obligations, has his world changed when his cousin Angel returns from prison. Angel is looking for quick money in the criminal world to escape his past, and Salvador sees an opportunity to break free. He quickly gets involved in Angel's dangerous life of lies and crime. As Angel pulls Salvador deeper into this world, their actions affect the people they care about, pulling friends and family into the trouble. Salvador's simple life is replaced by danger and betrayal. Torn between loyalty to his cousin, a desire for something more, and responsibility for his family, Salvador must find his way through this difficult situation. This film examines family, trust, and the results of our choices through the story of these two cousins, connected by blood but pulled apart by destiny.
