Robo Vampire (1988)

Narcotics agent Tom Wilde is fatally shot while on duty but given a chance at redemption through a daring futuristic experiment. He's resurrected as an advanced Android Robot with enhanced abilities and tasked with a dangerous mission into the Golden Triangle. Agent Wilde must rescue undercover agent Sophie, who has been captured by ruthless drug lord Mr. Young and his monstrous creation, the Vampire Beast.
