Description:
Dan Brady, a young auto mechanic, finds himself caught in a dangerous situation after stealing $20 from his garage's register to impress Vera Novak on a date. His small act of dishonesty escalates when the garage's bookkeeper unexpectedly arrives, forcing Dan into a series of desperate attempts to conceal the theft. The film follows Dan as he becomes increasingly involved in a dangerous world of crime and manipulation. Each attempt to hide his initial mistake leads to more serious consequences, blurring the line between right and wrong. As he tries to escape his predicament, Dan is forced to confront his own morality and the impact his actions have on himself and those around him.
