Description:

Dr. Robert Verne and his wife Maggie are asked to help resolve a conflict between a logging company and the Native American tribe led by Chief John Hawks. The dispute centers on Chief Hawk's claim that the loggers are polluting the water, a charge denied by the company's representative, Isley. While investigating, the Vernes discover evidence of mutated animals in the forest. Dr. Verne captures a bear cub for study, which unexpectedly provokes a dangerous mutant grizzly.
