Description:

In New York City, Skip McCoy is a skilled pickpocket with a quick wit. He accidentally steals the wallet of Candy, a woman unknowingly carrying classified information for the communists, during a crowded marketplace hustle. This seemingly simple theft unexpectedly thrusts Skip into the middle of a dangerous espionage plot. The FBI has been tracking Candy for months, hoping to find the leader of a spy ring.
