Description:
Oliver, played by Stan Laurel, is thrilled to be marrying Dulcy, with his best friend Stan, played by Oliver Hardy, as his witness. Their wedding plans hit a snag when Dulcy's father disapproves, based on a misunderstanding about a photograph of Oliver. Determined to marry, the pair decides to elope. They search for a Justice of the Peace, but their attempts to keep their secret are filled with classic Laurel and Hardy comedy as they try to evade Dulcy's father. The film is full of laughs and warmth, following Oliver and Stan through a series of humorous situations as they work to unite the couple and prove that love prevails.
