Description:
During Miami's lively Spring Break, a dangerous plan unfolds, targeting the city's residents. Edward "Diablo" Santer, a biker gang leader on death row for a murder he denies committing, issues a chilling promise of revenge from beyond the grave. As strange electrocution deaths spread throughout Miami, people begin to suspect Diablo is enacting his revenge. This mysterious biker appears during Spring Break, leaving a trail of gruesome deaths and spreading fear among the crowds.
