Tobias was a celebrated cellist whose life changed drastically after a heart attack in 1997. He was declared clinically dead but revived with electrical shocks. Awakening from a coma weeks later, he suffered permanent physical and mental disabilities. At 39, Tobias was left wheelchair-bound and unable to speak due to brain damage, effectively ending his cello career.
