Dilemma (2010)

Gafur, a devout Muslim who believes all earthly actions impact his afterlife, encounters a streetwalker strikingly similar to his wife – if she were made up and dressed seductively. He's horrified to realize the woman might be his wife’s identical twin. Interpreting this as a divine sign, Gafur decides to "save" the woman from her lifestyle. Leaving his isolated existence, he spends time with the twin, experiencing the world for the first time. This exposure gradually leads Gafur to delusion and paranoia.
