Concrete Valley (2022)

Five years after moving to Toronto's Thorncliffe Park, Syrian doctor Rashid finds it difficult to adapt to his new life. He maintains connections to his past by practicing medicine informally for his neighbors. Meanwhile, his wife Farah becomes increasingly involved in the local community, leading to growing friction with Rashid and putting a strain on their marriage.
