Filmed from September 19th to December 17th, 2005, this DVD offers exclusive behind-the-scenes access both leading up to and following the Mr. Olympia competition. (Competition footage is not included.) The subject begins at 283 pounds four weeks before the event, then weighs in at 265 pounds on the morning of the Olympia. The DVD documents all his workouts, time spent at a radio station, preparing carb-up meals at home, a moment of disappointment backstage, and an after-party with family, among other things. Producer Mitsuru Okabe says: "Even though this is Jay's fourth video, this DVD looks amazing! After filming top competitors for the last decade, this is one of the best I've produced."
