Stoner (2009)

Four college students teetering on the edge of adulthood face some serious growing up to do. Michael, straining his relationship with his mother and burdened by his own irresponsibility, decides to abandon his writing aspirations and instead become a respectable member of society – by selling marijuana. His roommates and friends (Mark, Dan, and Kirun) each navigate college life with their own unique approaches, ultimately confronting the results of their choices. This darkly funny, yet surprisingly heartwarming and relatable film follows these young men as they grapple with their development and strive to mature.
