Description:
Since time immemorial, a man has led his flock in harmony with the seasons. The nomadic shepherd is a figure deeply ingrained in our collective memory. Joan "Pipa" is one of the last people carrying on this ancient way of life. We follow him on his final seasonal journey to the Catalan Pyrenees, sharing his daily life and uncovering the history of a man who finds joy in his work and freedom in nature. But land abandonment, industrialization, rapid development, new infrastructure, and now climate change threaten this tradition, casting a shadow over the future. Does the end of transhumance represent progress, or the loss of something essential to humanity?
