Roza (2022)

After a long and arduous migration north, Héctor returns to his hometown in the Guatemalan highlands, carrying emotional scars. He faces a challenging reunion: a controlling mother, a wife who resents him for leaving, and a son who doesn't know him. Determined to rebuild what he lost, Héctor tries to recapture the past, but finds the community has moved on without him. His outburst disrupts their lives, revealing that everything has changed in his absence, irrevocably altering both Héctor and his home.
