Description:
In Prague, law student Petr and philosophy student Jakub are inseparable friends. Their bond is tested during a holiday in Slovakia when they encounter Imro, a young Romani man. Imro is deeply in love with Eržika, who has broken a traditional vow, a violation considered law within her community. Consumed by jealousy, Imro kills her. He faces two fates: punishment from the dominant society and retribution from his own people. Petr and Jakub witness Imro's tragic journey, and their opposing views on justice and punishment grow increasingly stark. This academic debate intensifies into a fundamental clash of beliefs, threatening to shatter their friendship. Who is right about what is just?
