Description:
In 1999 Tokyo, the powerful organizations "WILD Cats" and "COBLA" are locked in a brutal struggle for control of the "D" district, a haven for drugs, prostitution, and violent crime. Sho (Junya Takagi), leader of WILD Cats, is driven to rage after his kidnapping by Tony, who seeks revenge for a personal grievance. A large-scale police intervention is launched to end the conflict. Amidst the chaos, Sho escapes with a glimmer of hope. Enraged, Tony calls upon the "KILLER Brothers," three formidable fighters from the New York slums, who are determined to eliminate Sho. A fierce battle is about to erupt.
