Life, Differently (2005)

Can a woman who grew up in a Maghreb immigrant family forge her own path, choosing independence and breaking ties with tradition, while still staying true to herself? This film explores the lives of four women who demonstrate a generation defining itself through personal choices. Their mothers, though uneducated, envisioned a brighter future for their daughters. They instilled hopes in their children, but also carried their own unspoken struggles and isolation.
