At 82, Lula is a lifelong rebel. In communist Poland, he organized secret gatherings for men and embraced drag, defying a homophobic society to find freedom from the strictness of the 1980s. Now, in a world that values youth, Lula is a single, elderly man, but remains vibrant despite the recent suicide of a friend.
