Crosshatch (2003)

The film's visual design originates from a manipulated television test pattern, altered by audio signals. This was captured on Super 8 film, then hand-colored and treated with bleach. The footage underwent a specific editing process, arranged in a sequence of positive, negative, and split screen. Similarly, the four-track electronic music, created with custom circuits, follows this same symmetrical structure.
