Description:
This documentary chronicles a year in the life of the rap group NTM, starting in 1998. It follows them from rehearsals at the Pee Wee studio in Aubervilliers, through their tour beginning in La Réunion and continuing across France – La Réunion, Lorient, Nantes, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nancy, and culminating in a performance at the Zénith in Paris. The film also examines Joeystarr's legal difficulties, the dynamics within the group, and their interactions with the media. Through intimate interviews, Joeystarr and Kool Shen reflect on the key moments of this period, discussing their shared experiences, their personal lives, the formation of their collectives B.O.S.S. and IV My People, and the uncertain future of NTM.
