Description:
Helen and Luella appear to be an ordinary, religious mother and daughter who bake mincemeat muffins and run a quaint, slightly worn Bed and Breakfast Inn. But beneath the surface, something else is at play. On the eve of the city's largest gay celebration, five couples without reservations are forced to seek lodging in their rural inn. These couples include Dom and Alex, performers; Deborah and Gabby, sophisticated businesswomen; Mike and Eric, an affluent couple, accompanied by their abrasive friend Lizette; Starr and Brenda, a folk singer and a tough woman; and Rodney and Todd, a wealthy man and his personal trainer. What was intended to be a joyous weekend quickly descends into a nightmare for the gay and lesbian community.
