Ordinary World (2021)

Newly moved to New York City, Hunter, a young autistic man, navigates a challenging summer while adjusting to his new life. He finds solace in music and his vivid inner world, where he connects with his imaginary friend, Imaginary. During a visit to The Annex, a community ceramics center, Hunter meets Marley and is instantly drawn to him. However, he struggles to communicate, especially when it comes to asking Marley on a date. Imaginary urges Hunter to seek a genuine connection. Ultimately, Hunter must find the courage to pursue his feelings and integrate into a new community, drawing strength from unexpected sources in the city.
