Désertitude (2022)

The unforgiving desert tests their limits. Diane pushes Fred, a man she briefly dated before he suffered a stroke, through the harsh landscape. The experience is a stark contrast to her Parisian life, forcing her to deal with his incontinence. Overwhelmed, Diane decides to take advantage of Fred's distant relatives who live in the desert near the Festival, hoping they will take him in and she can be free of him. However, their car breaks down, their water supply dwindles, and the desert stretches endlessly. They also encounter dangerous individuals, leaving Diane with the desperate need to walk quickly, especially to escape their predicament.
