Detective Kabuki, working in the entertainment district of Kabukicho, Shinjuku, and his partner, a sensual T-back detective also named Kabuki, are investigating a pachinko chain theft worth 120 million yen. The culprits are a ruthless group led by a woman named Lena. The case involves both the money and Lena herself, leading to a brutal and sexually charged confrontation.
