Description:

Perry is at TV station "KGGY" for an interview, but it's canceled due to interference from the station's main anchor, Brett Huston. He's widely disliked for knowing everyone's secrets and recently wrote a memo insulting key staff members: Vic St. John, the station manager; Twyla Cooper, the producer; Chuck Gilmore, the sports reporter; Gary Slate, the weatherman; Cassie Woodfield, a reporter; and Gillian Pope. Brett is then shot dead with Gillian's gun, leading to her arrest. Gillian enlists Perry, Della, and Ken to investigate. As Perry and Della begin to solve the mystery, Ken develops a connection with Cassie, who becomes a suspect. The investigation intensifies when it appears someone is trying to kill her.
