Against All the Rules (2017)

Colonel Koloda, working with foreign intelligence, stole sensitive documents. However, these documents are actually fake, planted as disinformation for other countries' intelligence services. Following Koloda's trail, operatives discover he left the documents at a bank, specifically in cell number 69. To find out who will retrieve them, Captain Alexey Vereshchagin poses as a customer at the bank. Unbeknownst to him, Mikhail Druskin, a struggling academic and single father, intends to rob the same bank. Seeing the police, Druskin takes the bank's visitors hostage in a panic.
