mir mig men (2002)

Photographs by Karo Goldt from an air show were used to create the film *mir mig men*. These captured moments, digitally manipulated and animated into a "photo film," evoke a wide range of associations connected to war and disaster. The effect is like looking at faded remnants of destruction through ice, a frightening yet absurd perspective detached from time. The scene's intense atmosphere comes from these experiments with what's barely visible.
