Another Brick On The Wall (2021)

The Great Wall of China was built, brick by painstaking brick, by hundreds of thousands of men over two decades. This film follows the reconstruction of a small section of that ancient wall, revealing the immense scale and seemingly endless effort of the original construction, undertaken nearly 2000 years ago. Simultaneously, this project mirrors modern China, depicting the shift from collective ideals to individual ambition and capitalist pursuits within a rapidly changing society.
