Mrs. Yenny collapses and loses consciousness while in bed with her three children, Alya, Alma, and Andra, and her husband Marsio, who is suffering from Alzheimer's. During a difficult night, a family secret is revealed. Alya faces a difficult choice, potentially breaking a promise she made to her mother. Meanwhile, Alma and Andra struggle with their own conflicts. As the family faces crisis, the three daughters begin to question how little they know about their mother's true identity and their father. Simultaneously, two doctors, Dr. Myra and Dr. Miyagi, grapple with the limitations of medicine in the face of impending death.
