Description:

Released from a mental institution, Otto returns to his job as a butcher and attempts to readjust to life. Following a heated argument with his wife, he unintentionally kills her. To avoid a return to the hospital, he grinds her remains and sells the resulting sausages. As friends and family inquire about her whereabouts, they begin to disappear, ultimately ending up in Otto's butcher shop.
