Description:
Two barbers, Willy Nilly and Hercules Glub, open a shop on an Indian reservation with no customers. A white man seeking a shave brings a group of Oopadoop Indians, who, overhearing the barbers' talk about foreign debts, enlist them as their nation's ambassadors to a Peace conference in Geneva. An executive from the ammunition industry, Winkelreid, tries to sabotage their mission. However, his plans are complicated when a woman named Dolores falls for Nilly, and Fifi, a formidable woman from Paris, falls for Glub. Despite Winkelreid stealing their documents, Nilly and Glub persevere, spurred on by the sight of their people. They proceed to the Peace conference, which unexpectedly erupts into a battle.
